This review is for a second inherited property wherein Laura assisted me with the sale over the past two years. Both properties were in the State of Illinois and I live in New York. Finding Laura turned out to be the exact fir for my potentially stressful situation. During the process my brother would interject and cause delay after delay even though he had no legal connection with these estates. Laura was overly patient and understanding when such disagreements can happen between siblings. Constant communication and updates by Laura were done by phone calls, and emails. This demonstrated her commitment to me and a testament to her focus on keeping me informed at all times with the progress at hand. Such trust is difficult to find these days. Baird and Warner is very fortunate to have such a broker working for them….just as I was! Throughout the selling process I quickly learned how probate properties can be somewhat of a challenge and complicated to sell. We are extremely lucky to have Laura as our real estate agent. With Laura’s exceptional work ethic, she found a builder for our old house and found us a perfect new house. Laura is very knowledgeable about the selling and buying market. To coordinate selling and buying at the same time was complicated but Laura made this long and tiresome processing seamless.
Laura worked with us for 3 months patiently. She worked tireless at all hours to negotiate with the builder and seller. We felt Laura is a friend not an agent because she always had our best interests at heart.

After clearing probate, I became the owner of a lot located in the Village of Hinsdale Illinois. Its location was not as favorable as other locations in this community due to its proximity to a major thoroughfare. Laura got it sold for me.
From the beginning when we first met to the final sale Laura was fully focused and committed in getting this property sold. Her skills in promoting this lot with well-chosen words highlighting all the positives was one reason for this successful sale as well as her contacts with potential buyers, builders and a legal team that made all of this seamless.
